Alchemy is going to be a never ending fitness program. I often get asked, "What should I do after I finish your 12 week program?" Join Alchemy! I'll be taking my exact workouts, uploading them and you will be my workout partner. I will be providing both home and gym workouts daily.

The workouts will utilize progressive overload, periodization, and variety for continued enjoyment. I will post video's for optimal mechanics and tension points so that we can maximize the time we are working out to better shape our muscles and burn the most fat!

What is Alchemy? Alchemy was a medieval science where chemists thought that if they were able to take the appropriate chemistry of elements, they could create gold instead of mining it out.

My vision is to take this concept and internalize it more for us as humans. Instead of actual elements to make gold, I'm focusing on elements of humanity that would build up ones character to make them gold. Gold itself can be lost at the depths of sea for centuries and it doesn't tarnish or corrode, it is pure.

The Alchemy Project: Improving the Human Condition is going to be a twofold. Workouts and then elements of humanity. I'll be hosting a blog that will be dealing "elements" such as, Integrity, Fortitude, Dignity, Resilience, Work Ethic, Wisdom, Moral/Chivalry, etc... I'll be diving into my thoughts on these topics, the mindset of becoming these and working on becoming these myself. I hope to have thoughts and interaction with others doing this with me to spur a more broad view so we can scope our own lives and look at the improvements we can make to become these elements of humanity.

The idea is to create a oneness with ourselves and each other. If we want to change the world, we start with the Man (Woman) in the mirror and the hope is that this inspires others to become better, too.

I want to focus on health and fitness, but not like the current industry does. There is more, we are more than our bodies. My goal is to tap into the whole system so that we exude greatness all around.

IS THIS A MONTHLY FEE OR A ONE TIME PURCHASE?

The Alchemy Project: Improving the Human Condition is a subscription with a monthly fee.

$19 PER MONTH IS PRETTY STEEP. WHY DOES IT COST SO MUCH TO SUBSCRIBE?

The subscription sits in line with the other programs offered here on Aesthetic Training Solutions. When you consider that most programs range from $55-60 for 3 months, then The Alchemy Project sits perfectly in line at $57 for 12 weeks. It is no different in price, but offers an on going solution with continually varying workouts each day.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SUBSCRIBE?

You will be able to create an account on this site where you will have immediate access to the Blog, workouts and nutrition guides. You will be able to interact on the Blog, being able to comment and participate. You will be able to view workouts from your date of signup but not any prior workouts to your signup date.

WHAT WILL BE DISCUSSED IN THE BLOG?

The Blog will be focused on elements of humanity. Each month will have a focus on an element like chivalry or Integrity, etc... where we will dive into it and dissect it. We will work on these characteristics ourselves and try to improve them within our own lives. The Blog will also host video content of workouts, nutrition and many other aspects of fitness.

The intent of the Alchemy Project isn't for you to follow James, but to join him! Let us all seek to be our best selves for us, our home, our community and our world!

CAN MY SPOUSE/PARTNER DO THE PROGRAM WITH ME?

Yes! We highly encourage couples to do the program together. Only one subscription is necessary. Please keep password access to just spouses and/or partners.

WHAT KIND OF A WORKOUT PROGRAM IS IT?

The workouts for Alchemy are going to be the exact workouts that James Wilson does. James will be uploading the workouts in both a gym and home version format. It is going to have a heavy emphasis on resistance training. It will also provide the user with the option to do cardio or not. The nutrition will be available in guides for fat loss, muscle gain and reverse dieting principles.

HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?

Each day is going to vary and if you opt to do cardio, this will extend your time working out. Expect your workouts to be around an hour to an hour and a half with cardio.

HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK ARE THE WORKOUTS?

James trains 5-6 days per week. You are welcome to train as much or as little of these days as you wish.

WHAT IS THE TRAINING SPLIT?

We will be largely focusing on body part split training. We may have a De-load week from time to time with a circuit, but that would only be for a week and then we would be right back into a body part split training routine.

ARE THE WORKOUTS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

No. The workouts for The Alchemy Project are going to be more for the moderate to advanced lifter. They will be most suited for those that love to workout with a passion.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR EQUIPMENT FOR THE HOME VERSION?

You need some Dumbbells (ideally heavy enough to challenge you. It would be suggested to have 5-30 pounds), a variety of resistance bands with a door anchor and a stability ball at minimum. Anything more than this would be a bonus, but not totally necessary.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE NUTRITION GUIDES?

We provide several options for measuring food for those that don't want to count calories, to those that do and even those that want to count macronutrient grams (carbs, proteins and fats). We also provide a recommended foods swap list so that individuals may swap similar foods in and out as they please. It offers a wide variety to pull from for carbs, proteins and fats.

Example would be swapping out Oats and swapping in toast. If you don't want chicken, swap in shrimp, turkey or some other protein source.

We understand that some individuals have dietary limitations because of lactose, celiacs or even personal preference like eating vegan or vegetarian. The foods list provides that flexibility so that anyone can be successful.

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT AN EXERCISE IS?

We have recorded over 500 exercise demo's that are a 5 rep demo of the exercise. Every exercise has a hyperlink attached to the exercise. Assuming you have an internet connection, all you will need to do is click the exercise and a video demo will play.

ARE THERE ANY REFUNDS?

No. All sales are final.

WHAT IF I AM NO LONGER SATISFIED AND WANT TO CANCEL?

This is a month to month subscription and you may cancel at anytime. You will have access to the Blog and workouts portion of the site for that given billing cycle.
